HOW MUCH WILL MY EVENT COST?
Each event is unique so we have multiple packages available to fit your needs. Once you submit the Contact Us form, we will get back to you within 1-2 business days to discuss pricing options in more detail. There is NO obligation to book once you submit the form.
WHAT IF MY EVENT HAS LESS THAN 50 PEOPLE?
No problem! Fill out the Contact Us form and we will discuss pricing options for your event.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?
No. Due to licensing restrictions by the State of Wisconsin, we cannot provide or sell alcohol. We also cannot accept any payment for alcohol. This means that once you provide the alcohol, we take care of the rest!
DO YOU HAVE NON-ALCOHOLIC PACKAGES?
Yes, we are quite versatile and can tailor any of our packages to be alcohol-free. Just ask!
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We are located in Central Wisconsin. We do not have a set travel limit, however, our base price includes a 100-mile radius from Wisconsin Rapids (54494) Additional miles may incur a fee.
WHAT ARE THE TRAILER MEASUREMENTS?
Our trailer is 12’ x 7’ ½’ x 8’. Clearance to and from our final destination is extremely important. In the event we determine a space is unsafe, or we are unable to place the trailer at your preferred location, we reserve the right to move the trailer to a more suitable location. Our trailer requires a 9 ft. high clearance and needs to be on a flat surface. If you plan to place the trailer under a tent, we must confirm the measurements before booking. We also recommend a clearance of 8-10 ft. in front of the trailer for serving guests.
WHAT ARE THE ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS?
Our trailer requires access to a standard 120V outlet. We provide extension cords.
WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE DO YOU HAVE?
We have general liability and liquor liability insurances.
IS THERE A BAD WEATHER PLAN?
Wisconsin weather is unpredictable!! Most events are booked well in advance of the actual event, therefore, we cannot predict severe weather conditions. However, if rainy weather is predicted for your outdoor event, we are happy to work with you to find an appropriately sized tent for our bar service.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
Our payment options include cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card payments.
All retainer/payments are non-refundable, however, we do offer a credit option for future events. Final payment is due one week before your event.
IS A RETAINER REQUIRED?
A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to book the date.
I’M READY! WHAT ARE MY NEXT STEPS?
In addition to the $500 non-refundable retainer, a completed contract is required to reserve your event. We can only guarantee a booking once both are received. Head on over to the Contact Us form to inquire about your date and let’s get the party started!
